SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it is actually alarmed with regard to the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the substantial number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office committed to service the area every day. The assistance stage made for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it difficult to the Workplace click here to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will status sassa mobilise additional resources to allow the servicing of all shoppers and increase entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
